This week we are talking about something I love so much, and you know it. Yes, LUXURY. Luxury is all about details.
We have so many things to learn from the Luxury Industry, that we could write a book about it! But for now, let’s focus on 5 things we can definitely learn from it and transpose to our own businesses!
3. Have an Intentional Workflow: On a piece of paper write down from the very first time you meet the client until the last point of contact. Analyze every moment we are in contact with the client and try to upgrade each step of the way. (learn more about workflow)
4. Focus on the Packaging: The experience of un-packaging has to be special. It’s not only about the product but the experience behind it. The client will feel the value of the product depending on how much detail you add to the packaging. You don’t change the product; you just change the way they discover it. If you read my book “The Client Experience” there is an entire chapter on packaging because the value of the product can immediately be upgraded just by having a beautiful packaging.
5. Be your brand: In Luxury brands all the humans associated with the brand have guidelines, they have a specific way to be, specific things to wear, specific behavior, specific language and you can immediately recognize the brand. Think about your personal branding, how can you align with the same value and message you want to communicate?
