TIMING & LOCATIONS

Ok, it looks maybe obvious, but you have no idea how many times I’ve run after the bride or the planner until the last minute, even the day of the wedding itself, to know when do I start and where I should go. We totally understand that some elements have to stay flexible until the last minute, and we always try to be as cool as possible, but please, as soon as you have the major informations like the schedule and the exact locations, please let us know! It will allow us to organize how to dispatch our team, organize the transportation if you have different locations we’ll have to go back and forth, and simply to be able to suggest some modifications on the schedule if necessary.

POTENTIAL OTHER TEAMS & VIDEOGRAPHERS

What an unpleasant surprise to arrive on a wedding and discover another company is already shooting. Besides being something that I strongly advice against, the best way to start the wedding day in bad conditions is to discover that you won’t have the full power on the images captured during the day and you’ll have to fight during the 10 next hours.
If for any specific reasons, you have another company, from your husband’s side or even the planner’s side, please let us know. We’ll be able at least to be in touch with them before the big day and try to organize as much as possible the situation to limit the bad experience for all of us (yes, as you understood through my lines, I really really do not advice to have several companies on a wedding day, but it’s another subject!).

SPECIFIC REQUESTS AND DESIRES

If you dream about this pose, this picture you saw on Instagram or this frame designed on your sister’s wedding, please let us know! And if possible in advance, for us to be able to organize if necessary the perfect conditions to realize this pictures. Sharing with us an image toke by day light, when it’s midnight will unfortunately be a bit useless… (but cute).

Every wedding is unique for sure, but I totally understand you’ve been inspired by the millions and billions of images you see everything on social medias and from your friends getting married. Feel free to send us inspirations and ideas, we’ll organize them depending of what’s possible or not and will do our best to fit to your desires!

DELICATE INFORMATIONS TO AVOID UNPLEASANT MOMENTS

I’m sure you already saw these movies when you have this super uncomfortable moment lived by the protagonists, just because the main character wasn’t aware of a delicate situation. “Where is daddy for the group pictures? Well, in the cemetery.”
That is definitely not something we want to live and to make you live, so please, keep us updated of any delicate informations we should know to avoid the worst situation ( death, divorce, special unpleasant people you’d like to avoid etc…)

NAME & INFOS OF THE POINT OF CONTACT

I know you are super optimistic, but during the wedding day, you’ll be busy enough for us not to have to bother you every time we have a question. Having ONE person in contact, the wedding planner or your sister for example, is the best way for us to work in the most discreet way and you to live your day without having to deal with all the details. Nominate someone who will be THE person in charge of dealing with the suppliers, and enjoy every second of your day!
